another new purchase?

my camera is dead!! how can it be dead??!! i've only had it for about 3 years and has probably used it for like... errrr... 20 times max?? and it's dead!! it won't switch on at all, hence, all my hanoi photos can't be downloaded :(

anyways, will be sending it back to the service centre, and hopefully it'll be given a new life. until then, hanoi photos will just have to wait.

trusted-beat-up-manual-off-white car

i’ve been zipping and zapping around town in my trusted-beat-up-manual-off-white kancil lately, and the feeling is great!!

this trusted-beat-up-manual-off-white kancil of mine has been around the block and it has money cannot buy sentimental value to me. we went through college, ferried my friends and i to countless parties, mamak yum cha sessions, movies and shopping trips. it also saw me through my interviews, and my 1st job, and my 2nd job.

these are the reason buy it’s so hard for me to let go of my trusted-beat-up-manual-off-white kancil. these are the reasons why I still kept it after I up graded to a bigger car. these are also the reasons why my kancil will remain with me for a few more years to come.

Let the race begin!!

Besides hanging out with my family and friends, there are 2 more events that I look forward to during the weekends :

1) my long runs and my long hours in the gym
2) Formula One season

What a great start to the new season of Formula One!!! My McLaren team did great (2nd & 3rd podium finish) and kudos Lewis Hamilton!! A podium finish for a rookie driver - he’s a rookie to watch out for!!!

Of course, I still love Kimi, and will be voting for him in the drivers’ constructors.

Can't wait for Sepang!!

Siem Reap, 24th - 28th Feb 2007

at long last, i finally went to siem reap and conquered almost all the angkor temples. only 3 words to sum up my trip - hot, dusty & AMAZING!

i woke up at 4:30am and arrived at angkor wat about 5:30am to view the sunrise. this is the most amazing photo ever captured by me.

this is angkor thom. the king build about 55 of these statues and about 47 of them still remains until now. and every single facet is different!

all the ruins are still found in angkor wat. it's absolutely insane!!

and this is where they filmed tomb rider. man build the temples to conquer nature, and now, nature is taking back what it belongs.
