run, yit thing, run
my run is in 2 days time!! i really wanna finish within the top 100, hopefully my determination will carry me thru because during training, i can only do 6km.
will update results next week! til then, i need some good rest and some protein.

good luck in your run! you can do it. just don't go out too fast and puncture at the end.
