runner has a look?
people are often surprised to hear that i run because i don't look like a runner. well, of course i don't look like a runner! i do not even dare to claim that i'm a runner after having just competed in 1 competition.
but i would like to look like runner someday. with the Sentosa X-Trail Race coming up in about a month, i have to get serious in my training. putting on my running shoe is easy, it's taking care of my diet that is the hardest part :(

what runner look? like those skinny ethiopians?? who cares what you look like as long as you can go the distance, right?
