slowly but surely

i can now breeze through a 6km stretch in the gym. i have improved my distance by double compared to 3 months ago. not only i can run further, i also run faster now. i use to take 5 mins to complete 1km, now it is down to 3.5 mins per 1km.

GREAT!

can't wait to breeze through 10km in less than an hour.

how could improving be halved? shouldn't it be doubled? anyway, good job and keep up the good work.
